Our volunteers can develop skills, build on their experience and knowledge and be at the heart of developing innovative responses to community needs.

Youth
Programs
Join our fantastic team running exciting and innovative youth programs that are bringing hope to young people. Positions are available on the following teams:
- Fusion Youth (Weekly on Tuesday & Thursday nights)
- High School Lunchtime Programs (weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays during the day)
- Holiday Program (3 day program in Winter & Summer holidays)
- Hiking camp (3 days in Easter holidays)
- Leadership camp (3 days in September holidays)
Fusion Op Shops
Second Hand Clothing
Shop assistants are required for most weekdays and weekends at our Sippy Downs, Buderim, Mooloolaba, and Maroochydore stores.
Get retail experience and be part of creating hubs of welcome in your local community; all while helping raise vital funds for Fusion’s work on the Sunshine Coast.
Duties Include:
- Serving customers
- Sorting donations
- Displaying stock


Office
Administration
Administrative Assistants are required for most weekdays to complete tasks such as:
- Answering the phone
- Filing documents
- Shopping for program resources
- Completing mail-outs and other office-based tasks.
